1. About the service

ZQuiz is a study app provided by [Otimo AS] (company no. [915 790 526]). By creating an account and using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Account

You create an account with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep access to your phone secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or use the app for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Subscription, payment and renewal

ZQuiz offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription.

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payment is charged to your store account upon purchase confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically at the same price at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google account settings — not within the app itself.
The current price and period are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Right of withdrawal

Digital services are delivered immediately. Where a right of withdrawal applies under consumer law, it applies until delivery begins. Purchases through the stores also follow the stores' own rules.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its content and the ZQuiz trademark belong to [Otimo AS]. Study content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited right to process it in order to deliver the service.

7. Limitation of liability

ZQuiz is provided "as is". We strive for correct and useful content, but do not guarantee that study material is free of errors or covers all curriculum goals. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably and otherwise fall under the Norwegian courts.
